First Issue of People Magazine Published as People Weekly

What happened on March 4?

Yesterday’s celebration of time still rings in our ears, but we already take the cakes out to party with people. Yes, the first edition of People magazine was published today in 1974!
Back then, it was named ‘People Weekly’.

One very special person among people is Afghan author Khaled Hosseini (*1965), whose numerous novels are a proper treat for your March evenings.

No matter where you are; at home, commuting on the tube, or a classic London double-decker bus. It’s such a shame that you can’t travel by tram in London anymore.
Britain’s first electric tram departed on its maiden voyage on this day in 1882.

Getting inspired is so much fun.
